The AUSA Center of Leadership provides expertise and depth to help educate, inspire, and connect AUSA chapters, ROTC units, and the Total Army.
The Association of the United States Army (AUSA) was established in 1950 as the Army’s premier, nonprofit, educational, and professional association. General (Retired) Bob Brown, AUSA’s President and CEO, established the Center of Leadership on October 1st, 2021 to help educate, inspire, and connect leaders of character and cohesive teams across the Total Army. The Center of Leadership participates in myriad forums and platforms to share leader development ideas and best practices. This includes the “Leading Great Teams” podcast (released on the 2nd Monday of each month), the “On Leadership” section of Army Magazine, and several AUSA-sponsored symposiums and conferences each year.
