1st Floor Main Conference Room
Step into sophistication at our first-floor Main Conference Room, where a captivating digital video wall sets the stage with vibrant colors and superior image quality. Seamlessly connect with full duplex video and audio conferencing, complemented by live and on-demand event streaming. Accommodating up to 180 guests in theatre style, the main room boasts high ceilings, while an attached pre-function area welcomes an additional 115 attendees, with adaptable glass walls for flexible configurations.

4th Floor Main Conference Room
Welcome to the future of conferencing with our newly opened Main Conference Room, located on the 4th floor. With seating for up to 180 guests, it offers panoramic views and state-of-the-art features like a digital video wall and four 70” TVs. Conduct seamless video and audio conferences, and effortlessly stream events live or on-demand. Plus, unwind in our spacious cafe & lounge area, perfect for networking and relaxation for up to 75 people.

Boardrooms
The building also offers six additional boardroom style conference spaces that seat 10–24 people all with built-in connectivity for audio, video, and Internet. All include large wall mounted displays, in-ceiling loudspeakers and video cameras to support full duplex video conferencing.

Deposit of 100% of the room rental fee(s) is due upon signing.

AUSA has carefully chosen local catering companies to partner with and assist in all your culinary needs. We like to ensure as seamless an event-planning process as possible! We send the caterer’s menu, you make decadent selections, and we’ll do the rest, so, the next time you think about catering for your event, the food is already on your attendees’ plates.
AUSA provides in-house beverage packages, each with its own selection of unlimited beverages, eliminating all the guess work. From coffee to soft drinks, we have your back. For your convenience, we also offer a variety of room temperature, individually packaged snacks for morning or afternoon breaks.

As part of your conference center rental, our dedicated team will handle the setup to your exact specifications, including standard tables and chairs, buffet tables, a high-top bar, and high-top tables with service linens included.
In addition, boardroom rentals include desk chairs, a boardroom table, a monitor with presentation and video conference capabilities, wall-mounted cameras with in-ceiling microphones and audio, and two catering tables with service linens.
All function space and equipment rentals are subject to 6% Virginia State Sales Tax. All food and beverage are subject to applicable state and county food and beverage tax, currently identified as 6% Virginia State Sales Tax and 4% Arlington Meals Tax.
In order to have taxes removed from the invoice, clients must provide a copy of their Virginia Tax Exemption Certificate. Only Virginia Tax Exemptions are accepted.
Our night and weekend fee applies to events held outside regular business hours or on weekends. This additional fee, starting at $600, ensures we have the necessary staffing and resources to support your event during these times.
The Service Fee helps us maintain excellent customer service, cover essential operational costs, and fairly compensate our staff. Compared to the industry standard of over 20%, our lower service charge offers you top-quality service and exceptional value while keeping your event costs manageable and free of surprises.
AUSA does not require a food and beverage minimum, however, some of our preferred caterers maintain a minimum order amount for delivery
Events may take place between 7:00 AM–12:00 AM. Any event starting before 7:00 AM or extending beyond 12:00 AM must receive prior approval from AUSA.
Outside alcohol cannot be brought in unless the client has a valid liquor license and licensed bartender. It’s worth noting that obtaining a liquor license in Virginia typically requires 7–10 business days. To obtain your liquor license for the state of Virginia, see the licensing section on The Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority website.
If you are using an AUSA”s preferred caterer, they can provide a liquor license and licensed bartender
