Treasure Leach

Treasure Leach joined the Association of the United States Army in February 2024. She serves as a Senior Program Manager for the Association’s Center for Leadership. 

Treasure graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Health and Behavioral & Social Sciences, and a minor in Business. 

Throughout her professional journey, Treasure has dedicated herself to educating, building, and restoring communities across various locations, including Florida, Illinois, Haiti, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

Her experience spans teaching roles in subjects such as English/Language Arts for elementary students, Financial Literacy for middle school students, Physics for high school students, and Life Skills for immigrant adult learners. Additionally, she has demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing programs within nonprofit organizations serving grade school level students, college students, and individuals experiencing homelessness. Her dedication to planning, coordinating, and delivering high-impact projects, as well as leading high-performing teams, has consistently yielded commendable results.

Treasure derives deep fulfillment from her impactful professional work, as well as from her involvement in the community and volunteer efforts. Since 2021, she has volunteered at a local men’s shelter serving dinner once a week. Furthermore, she has been mentoring an amazing and smart little girl through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program since 2022.

Some of her interests and hobbies outside of volunteering are spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending sporting events, playing tennis, and enjoying beautiful scenic views.
