Austin, Texas

The AUSA Texas Capital Area Chapter co-hosted a pre- SXSW social event with the National Security Innovation Council (NSIC) at the Westview Building in downtown Austin near the Texas State Capitol Building. The event was planned as an opportunity to host a casual pre-SXSW gathering to allow AUSA members, chapter Community Partners, defense industry representatives from across the country, military leaders from Army Futures Command, and the Texas Army National Guard, and academia representatives to enjoy an event in Austin with great food and beverages. This event was well attended with more than 200 guests and provided an excellent opportunity for our guest to network and discuss activities planned for SXSW programs.
