First, facilitators LTG (R) Leslie Smith and CSM (R) Mario Terenas brought together 3rd ID leaders (68 Platoon Leaders & Platoon Sergeants), AUSA Young Professionals (3), Georgia Southern University Parker College of Business students (10), and Georgia Southern University ROTC Cadets (10). This event inspired leaders to think deeply about leveraging talent management and building, maintaining, and restoring trust.
