First, facilitators LTG (R) Leslie Smith and CSM (R) Mario Terenas brought together 3rd ID leaders (68 Platoon Leaders & Platoon Sergeants), AUSA Young Professionals (3), Georgia Southern University Parker College of Business students (10), and Georgia Southern University ROTC Cadets (10). This event inspired leaders to think deeply about leveraging talent management and building, maintaining, and restoring trust.

Next, General (R) Dave Perkins gave a Mission Command presentation to all senior 3rd Infantry Division Command Teams and the 3rd ID Deputy Commanding General & Chief of Staff focusing specifically on the historic “Thunder Run” into Baghdad amid its 20th Anniversary.
