ArmorWorks Logo

ARMORWORKS…PROTECTION IS OUR PASSION, AND THE DRIVING FORCE BEHIND ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS.

Protection is our passion. This simple yet powerful phrase is the driving force behind what ArmorWorks stands for, and what motivates us to continue to push the status quo, and think outside of the box to create innovative new technologies. Since our inception over 25 years ago, ArmorWorks has been dedicated to creating and manufacturing survivability solutions with the most advanced armor and protection technologies available.

As the years passed and technology changed, ArmorWorks has adapted and grown, however has never lost sight of our goal. Our unwavering focus on research, development, and advanced engineering has resulted in specialized proprietary materials, one of a kind manufacturing processes, and exceptional products that are unlike anything else on the market today.

ArmorWorks is headquartered in Chandler, Arizona and currently occupies two facilities, for a combined total square footage of 130,000 ft2 between the two facilities. Our Frye facility is dedicated to metal and composite manufacturing of all of our products, while our Lotus facility is dedicated to the engineering, assembly, supply chain, testing, and also houses all of our corporate and office staff. As our product lines continue to grow and expand, we have started planning for the expansion into a third facility, also located in the Chandler area. This new facility will afford us the option of an additional 66,000 ft2, and will be used for our seating assembly, warehouse distribution, as well as RMA processing and fulfillment.

ARMORWORKS EMPLOYEES ARE VITAL TO THE OVERALL SUCCESS OF THE BUSINESS.

ArmorWorks realizes that each employee plays a significant role in the overall success of the business, and works hard to show its employees how much they are appreciated, and how important they are to the ArmorWorks Team. Employees are celebrated with monthly appreciation days, frequent raffle and prize giveaways, employee spotlights, employee and family outings, as well as annual team building events. ArmorWorks also supports the hiring of both retired, and active duty service men and women. Making it possible for them to work as part of the ArmorWorks Team, while also continuing their support of our country.

Community support and involvement is also very important to ArmorWorks, and each year donation drives focused on supporting several different military and veteran owned charitable organizations are coordinated and hosted by ArmorWorks employees. Giving back to the service members that we create our lifesaving products for, is a mission that is near and dear to us.

ARMORWORKS’ PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE WARFIGHTER WITH EXCEPTIONAL PROTECTION AND COMFORT ON THE BATTLEFIELD.

ArmorWorks designs, develops, integrates, manufactures, and tests advanced survivability solutions that are intended to provide the warfighter with enhanced protection on the battlefield. With over 60 patents we continue to push the envelope of innovation and technical excellence, all while keeping our focus on protecting the warfighter at the forefront of our minds.

Energy Attenuating Seating Systems

ArmorWorks designs, manufactures, and tests energy attenuating Seats, that are specifically designed to provide the occupant with an unmatched level of blast protection, comfort, and customization that is unlike any other seat on the market today. Our seating systems protect soldiers from the blast effects caused by land mines and improvised explosive devices (IEDs). ArmorWorks’ seats are battle tested and installed in more than 10,000 operational vehicles worldwide. ArmorWorks engineers also work closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to develop seating solutions that are holistically integrated into a wide variety of vehicle designs.

Vehicle Solutions Designed to Protect the Warfighter

HMMWV Armored Troop Carrier
provides complete ballistic protection against small arms, artillery, IED’s, and land mines. Users can customize their armor to meet individual mission requirements, as well as complete in field armor upgrades and replacements without the need for special tools, making it easily adaptable for a variety of missions and environments.

ArmorVision
is an advanced survivability solution that is a lighter weight, more affordable direct drop-in replacement for outdated transparent armor. Leveraging the latest technology, and a real-time dual camera system, ArmorVision provides the warfighter with greater protection, enhanced capabilities, and increased situational awareness, helping to reduce the overall cognitive burden on the battlefield.

TactiCam
is ArmorWorks' advanced 3-Dimensional multispectral signature management system that makes the warfighter harder to detect and identify. This highly durable camouflage system utilizes the latest materials, coatings, and engineered geometry to reduce or modify a platform's signature across visual, radar, thermal, and infrared spectrums. The TactiCam system can be tailored to meet the specific needs of a platform, or a customer’s signature reduction requirements.
