AUSA Redstone-Huntsville Welcomes New Board Members and Celebrates the Chapter’s Success

Immediate Past President Rhonda Sutton with New Board Members

On June 20, the AUSA Redstone-Huntsville chapter held its annual leadership luncheon to celebrate the addition of six new board members, honor those stepping down from the board and celebrate the chapter’s success. The chapter now has 32,772 total members, a major milestone. This ranks our chapter in first place in our region based on membership.

At the event, Immediate Past President Rhonda Sutton officially passed the torch to Marc Jacobson, who became the new president of the Redstone-Huntsville Chapter. Jacobson is a West Point graduate, retired Lieutenant Colonel and pilot, and distinguished member of the North Alabama community. Jacobson has been a member of the Redstone-Huntsville Board of Directors for more than 20 years. We are grateful for both his and Rhonda’s leadership and dedication to our chapter.

Congratulations to our new board members and thank you for your willingness to volunteer to make a difference for the community we serve!
