Maj. Gen. Lonnie Hibbard is commander of the U.S. Army Center for Initial Military Training, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, Fort Eustis, Virginia. Previously, he was deputy chief of staff for operations, plans and training at Training and Doctrine Command. He has served in command and staff positions from platoon to four-star level in operational, institutional and special operations units. Deployments include Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom.
