Lt. Col. Robert Ross is chief of the Strategic Initiatives Group for the commanding general, U.S. Army Cyber Command, Fort Gordon, Georgia. Previously, he concurrently served as assistant professor of information technology and information warfare, U.S. Military Academy, West Point, New York, and as chief research scientist for the academy’s Army Cyber Institute. He deployed twice to Iraq. He holds a doctorate in information science from the Naval Postgraduate School.
