Lt. Col. Charlie H. Kim is division chief, operations analysis and the Joint Operational Planning and Execution System, Headquarters, U.S. Army Pacific. Previously, he was operations officer for economic development in northern Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Military Academy and a master of business administration degree from the University of Hawaii through the East-West Center.
