Jonathan Moak has served since October 2019 as the principal deputy assistant secretary of the Army (Financial Management and Comptroller). On Aug. 6, the White House nominated him to serve as the assistant secretary. He previously was a Deloitte Consulting LLP defense management consultant and is an almost 15-year member of the District of Columbia Army National Guard who deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom-Spartan Shield.
