Douglas Vincent Mastriano, Ph.D. (born January 2, 1964), is an American military historian and politician. He is a retired Colonel of the United States Army and was a Republican Party candidate for U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania's 13th congressional district.

He has written two books, one of which is a biography of the highly decorated World War I soldier Sergeant Alvin York. He has also led the development of research reports and strategy recommendations for the U.S. Army War College.
