Capt. Chris Pitfield serves as a strategic operations officer in the Joint Counter-Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Office. Previously, he served as executive officer to the director of the Air and Missile Defense Cross-Functional Team, U.S. Army Futures Command. He has served as a platoon leader and battery-level executive officer. He graduated from Syracuse University, New York, as an air defense artillery officer, and has an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
