AUSA Board Adds Director, Reelects 7 Members

The Association of the U.S. Army’s Board of Directors has elected one new director and reelected seven current members to serve on the association’s board.

The actions were taken at a virtual board meeting June 21. Each member will serve a three-year term beginning July 1.

Elected to serve as director is Scott Greene, executive vice president for missiles and fire control at Lockheed Martin. Greene replaces Frank St. John, whose term will end on June 30. St. John is Lockheed’s chief operating officer.

Elected for additional three-year terms are Thomas Arseneault, president and CEO of BAE Systems; Leanne Caret, president and CEO of Boeing Defense, Space and Security; retired Maj. Gen. Patricia Hickerson, a former deputy chief of staff for personnel at U.S. Army Europe; Medal of Honor recipient retired Master Sgt. Leroy Petry; retired Lt. Gen. Jack Stultz, a former Army Reserve chief; retired Gen. Carl Vuono, a former Army chief of staff; and retired Chief Warrant Officer 5 Phyllis Wilson, who also is president of the Women in Military Service for America Memorial Foundation.
