We are honored to welcome guest speaker Ms. Kimberly G. Ploskonka, Principal Deputy, Regional Site Synchronization Office (RSSO) within DEVCOM.

In this role, she oversees the ARL West, Central, South, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regional campuses cultivating trusted partnerships to solve complex problems for the Army S&T Enterprise. RSSO leverages the diversity of expertise and resources within the regional S&T ecosystem to accelerate and transition innovation while cultivating talent.

Over twenty-three years of government service established Ms. Ploskonka as a highly innovative and enthusiastic leader in tactical communications technologies with an unwavering commitment to the Soldier. Her leadership skills and multi-service experience enabled her to positively impact the research, development and evaluation of trusted communications and networking technologies to transition operationally relevant solutions to the Soldier.

Ms. Ploskonka received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering, an Executive Masters in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Masters of Accountancy, specializing in Governmental Accounting, from Rutgers Business School.
