Our speaker will be Chris Manning, Acting Director of CERDEC’s Command, Power & Integration Directorate. The luncheon will be held at the Top of the Bay Club (30 Plumb Point Loop, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005-5001) beginning with a 30 minute social period starting at 11:30am. We will begin lunch at 12:00pm promptly followed by Mr. Manning’s presentation.
