The Penn & Franklin - Greater Philadelphia Chapter for the 3rd time has hosted the Philadelphia Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Day event on 29 March 2024.

Guests speakers included RADM Karen Flaherty -Oxler (RET) Director of the Michael J Crescenz VA Medical Center, The Honorable Kenneth Wong (Civilian Assistant tot he Sercetary of the Army), Steve Boyd (U.S. Army, Vietnam Veteran and Edison High School Alumni, Edison 64 Project), Thuoc Ngyuen (Army of the Republic of Vietnam, fought in Vietnam for 21 years, Graduated US Counter Intelligence school in Okinawa).

Chapter President LTC (RET) Rev Dr. Paul McCullough presided as the MC, our chapter board member Tiffany McKeaney, presented the National Anthem.

Our Chapter VP David Gillespie for the third time has produced, directed scripted and provided sound reinforcement for the event.
