The George Washington Chapter AUSA 2020 Scholarship Committee is pleased to announce that we are accepting applications for this year’s scholarship program now through Friday, 10 April.  During the period 2014-2019, the Chapter awarded almost $250,000.00 in scholarships to many truly gifted, talented, dedicated, deserving Chapter and family members.  Our top 3 named awards are

  • the “Ed Dauksz Scholarship Award” named for our beloved former Chapter President and our favorite Marine
  • the “Major General Harry Greene STEM Scholarship Award” in honor and loving memory of a great leader, patriot, educator who made the ultimate sacrifice
  • the “Major General Carl F. McNair Jr. Scholarship Award” named for the Father of Modern Army Aviation and our long-standing Chapter Board member, former President, and stalwart GWC supporter for 40+ years.
