Army’s 248th Birthday at the Saber and Quill Club on Fort Knox
The Fort Knox Chapter celebrated the Army’s 248th Birthday at the Saber and Quill Club on Fort Knox. Prior to the Chapter’s celebration, a birthday cake was cut with saber in an adjacent outside covered pavilion. The cake was cut by MG Davis, CSM Monday, SMA (R) Preston, and the oldest and youngest soldier on post. After the cake was cut, it was taken inside the club and enjoyed by chapter celebration attendees. The chapter keynote speaker was SMA (R) Kenneth Preston. There were 70 in attendance.
