AUSA Systems Maintenance and Upgrade

AUSA is transitioning our Association Management Software from Personify to Fonteva, a Salesforce based application. 

Due to this upgrade, AUSA will be performing a series of tasks that will require us to have our membership system offline for a few days. 

Our systems are being upgraded to ensure that you get the best membership experience possible, in the future. 

The upgrade and data migration are expected to continue from Thursday, November 19th at 5pm EST through Monday, November 23rd at 5pm EST.  During this time access to Member Login, Join Pages, and Chapter Leadership Portal will be restricted. 

Once our new system is live, you will see a new experience with these functions. 

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will my login credentials change? 

Yes, to ensure the security of your account, we have not transferred passwords from our old system to our new system.

  • How do I login to the upgraded system for the first time? 

AUSA will send users an email to confirm registration with the new system.  Once you've confirmed, you will need to use the ‘forgot password’ function which is accessible on the login page.  Your ‘username’ is the email address that you have on file with AUSA.  You should get an email with a link to reset your password.
