Event:  Braxton Bragg Subchapter UNC Wilmington Military Appreciation Baseball Game

Host: UNC Wilmington Baseball, Office of Military Affairs

Attendance: Approximatively 800 (50 military members)

The AUSA Braxton Bragg Chapter and its Subchapter, UNC Wilmington, hosted the Annual UNCW Military Appreciation Baseball Game. MG Al Aycock, President of the Braxton Bragg Chapter, and Bill Kawczynski, Board member from the Braxton Bragg Subchapter welcomed all military members, including active duty and reservists, to the game and table set up to inform attendees about AUSA and the Braxton Bragg Chapter. We received great interest from attendees to the game and discussed future events in the Wilmington community to attract more members, especially Community Partners.  BG Rob Cooley, USAR (ret.) was also in attendance and will assist in future events as he owns multiple businesses in the Wilmington community and is passionately sharing the many benefits of AUSA membership.  The photos below are from the baseball game where MG Al Aycock threw out the first pitch and posed for photos with NCNG member SPC Hightower, BG Rob Cooley, Bill Kawczynski, and Sammy the Seahawk.
