Walt Larimore is a family physician in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He received his medical degree from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine. He is the author or co-author of over 40 books, including At First Light: A True World War II Story of a Hero, His Bravery, and an Amazing Horse, with Mike Yorkey.
