Theme:  The cyber domain and information dimension comprise the most contested areas in today’s security environment.  Information is an instrument of national power, and social media has become a common tool for using information to a state’s advantage.  Join us as we discuss how information influences global affairs, and how to best to employ modern technologies to seize the initiative in the information dimension.  We’ll discuss the ubiquity of information access and surveillance that has led to unprecedented battlefield transparency, causing combatants to rethink their signatures, survivability, and operational security.  The Army and DoD are pursuing a total force solution that will be prepared to compete in the information dimension and provide the Army of 2030 with unparalleled information advantage.

Objective: The Army provides our Nation with the ability to prevent, shape and win in the land domain. Army Cyber Command and the Army Combined Arms Center lead the Army's efforts to transform operations of Army and joint force commanders to achieve Information Advantage throughout the competition continuum in a contested, multi-domain environment. This event provides a forum for professional dialogue with senior Government officials, military leaders and industry executives regarding the Army's approach to gain and maintain information advantage and man, train, and equip its information forces. This approach will help meet today’s global commitments as well as deliver combat-multiplying advantages in support of the Joint Force’s operations in the information environment of today and tomorrow.

This event provides an exceptional opportunity for senior leaders and executives to engage on the challenges of today, and the requirements of tomorrow. Senior leaders will share their thoughts on the challenges facing the workforce today, conceptualizing the future requirements of the Joint Force, of working by, with, and through our multinational allies and partners. Panel members will present their thoughts on these diverse, impactful topics and then be available for thought provoking questions from the audience.
