Today's presentation by Mr. Brendan O'Donoghue from ICON technologies was very informative and exciting! ICON is working is 3 major sectors: Housing, the Department of Defense and NASA.  Their technology is affordable, sustainable and readily available. Not only do they print houses and buildings, but they make their own 3D printers and proprietary materials used in the printing process.

Brendan O'Donoghue is the Vice President of the Global Public Sector for ICON, the construction technologies company using 3D printing robotics, software and materials to advance humanity. In his role, Brendan oversees ICON's go-to-market strategy and sales within the public sector. Prior to joining ICON, Brendan was a executive at Zipline, an autonomous drone company. Previously to Zipline, Brendan was a Director at the Office of the U.S. Secretary of Defense, where he led teams that facilitated investments in conflict zones, including working closely with the World Bank, USAID, and the Asian Development Bank.

The meeting was at Camp Mabry, Bldg 8 Auditorium from 1200 to 1300 and was enjoyed by everyone.
