AUSA Texas Capital Area Chapter Board Members Mike Zizza and David Berlad along with the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) National leadership member CSM Mario O. Terenas (USA), Deputy Director of the AUSA Center for Leadership met with the Army Commandant and Longhorn ROTC Students at the University of Texas at Austin on Tuesday, December 6, 2022.  

LTC Timothy Jones, Commandant, the Department Chair and Professor at the Department of Military Science at the University of Texas at Austin, gave us a tour their facility and provided us the opportunity to speak about AUSA, the benefits of becoming a member of AUSA and about the AUSA Texas Capital Area Chapter.  CSM Mario O. Terenas (USA) also spoke about Mission Command and Intent.  All the information was well received and we have been invited back to speak with cadets in the future.
