The Association of the United States Army (AUSA) is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization that supports America’s Army.  The AUSA Sunshine Chapter in Central Florida is proud to announce that we will celebrate the Army’s 246th Birthday by hosting a Virtual Birthday Ball on the 19th of June 2021. Given the restrictions due to COVID-19, this year’s event will look different in some ways while keeping all our most treasured ceremonial highlights and an overall night of fun and celebration! For example, we will use the concept of “Party Pods”, where sponsors and participating Government and Industry partners can host a small group of participants that will be linked in via the virtual platform at “Virtual Tables”. Our hope is that this meets the Social Distancing and other COVID-19 safety guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) while still allowing participants to “feel” as they’re attending a black-tie event.

The Sunshine Chapter has been organizing the Army Birthday Ball for the Orlando Army Community for more than twenty-five years. It is with pleasure that we offer your organization a great opportunity to become a valuable sponsor of the “Army’s 246th Birthday Ball”. The Chapter is seeking sponsorships to support the event, our scholarship initiatives, and to help honor our soldiers, veterans, and their families. Your sponsorship will also provide a first-class night of entertainment for Active Duty Service Members, Wounded Warriors, Senior Veterans and Gold Star families participating in the Ball. 

Sponsorship levels include the following additions:

Signature Sponsorship Level - $5,000, which includes: 

Sponsor recognition within the virtual platform during the entire ceremony and virtual main event; Invitation for 10 to the Major General Francisco Espaillat Awards and Recognition Ceremony; “Virtual Table” party bundle for ten (10) guests including appetizers and wine; Sponsorship recognition on “Virtual Table” party baskets; one year of AUSA Community Partner membership or renewal; Extended sponsor recognition during Virtual Program, and Army Virtual Birthday Ball slide show; social media recognition on AUSA Sunshine Chapter’s website & Facebook pages. Includes access for up to 10 “Virtual Tables” with full access to the event and a virtual networking visit from PEO STRI and Army Contracting Command leadership to the primary “Virtual Table” after Awards and Recognition Ceremony (please note that only one table is invited to network with leadership teams after the Awards and Recognition Ceremony. Designation will have to be made prior to event).

Flamingo Sponsorship Level - $3500, which includes:

Sponsor acknowledgement during awards recognition ceremony and virtual main event; “Virtual Table” party bundle for ten including appetizers and wine; Sponsor recognition on Program and Army Virtual Birthday Ball virtual platform; social media recognition on AUSA Sunshine Chapter’s website & Facebook pages. Includes connections for up to 5 “Virtual Tables” with full access to the main event.  

Platinum Sponsorship Level - $2000, which includes:

Sponsor acknowledgement during awards recognition ceremony and virtual main event; “Virtual Table” and party bundle for six, including appetizers and wine; Sponsorship recognition on Virtual Program and Army Virtual Birthday Ball slide show; social media recognition on AUSA Sunshine Chapter’s website & Facebook pages. Includes connections for up to 4 “Virtual Tables” with full access to the main event.  

Gold Sponsorship Level - $1,000, which includes:

Sponsor acknowledgement during awards recognition ceremony and virtual main event; “Virtual Table” and Party bundle for four (4) guests including appetizers and wine; Sponsor recognition on Virtual Program and Army Birthday Ball slide show; social media recognition on AUSA Sunshine Chapter’s website & Facebook pages. Includes additional access connections for up to 3 “Virtual Tables” with full access to the main event.  

Silver Sponsorship Level - $500, which includes:

Sponsor recognition on Virtual Program, Virtual Platform, and Army Virtual Birthday Ball slide show; social media recognition on AUSA Sunshine Chapter’s website and Facebook pages. Includes additional access connections for 2 “Virtual Tables” with full access to the event.  

Please Note: Each sponsor may purchase additional “Virtual Tables” (connections to the Virtual Platform) at $200 per table (which covers the cost of the ABB virtual platform use and production). 

Individuals/Groups: If you are interested in participating but not able to be a sponsor, feel free to gather 10 soldiers, co-workers or friends together and celebrate in style! Active Duty E-9 and Below: $25 per person/$45 per couple; Active Duty/Government Civilian: $40 per person/ $75 per couple; Academia/ Industry: $50 per person/$85 per couple.
