Supporting the U.S. Army's Modernization Efforts

Systel is proud to provide rugged technology to help advance the U.S. Army's modernization initiatives and enhance capabilities for Multi-Domain Operations (MDO). With open standards-based computing using a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA), Systel ensures interoperability and scalability across various platforms. Our computing systems are deployed in mission-critical applications such as C5ISR, Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS), air and missile defense, electronic/cyber warfare (EW/CW), and force protection.

Compute at the Edge

In today’s operational landscape, tactical advantage hinges on the ability to collect, process, and act on data at the edge in real time. In the connected battlefield, compute at the edge with “on prem” hardware is vital to a successful “any sensor, any shooter” concept. Systel is at the forefront of enabling this capability with MIL-SPEC rugged small form factor (SFF) edge AI and edge compute systems, including Kite-Strike II and Sparrow-Strike. Systel delivers a single line replaceable unit (LRU) modular design approach with NVIDIA Jetson Orin AI or Intel x86 compute architectures available in the same chassis.

Kite-Strike II systems ready to ship out

Kite-Strike II and Sparrow-Strike debuted at AUSA Annual Meeting and Exposition events (2023 and 2024) and were awarded 4-Star Best in Show awards by Military Embedded Systems. Kite-Strike II and Sparrow-Strike are fully rugged and sealed with wide operating temperature ranges, and are qualified to MIL-STD-810H, MIL-STD-1275E, MIL-STD-461G.

Systel also enables data-intensive processing and analytics workloads with high-density multi-GPU rugged rackmount servers like our Gray Wolf 2 high-performance computing (HCP) solution, which debuted at the 2024 AUSA Annual Meeting and Exposition and which supports ground-based signals intelligence (SIGINT) mission-critical applications.

All systems are proudly designed and manufactured in the USA, ensuring secure supply chains and lifecycle support with robust configuration and obsolescence management.

Systel's agile organizational structure allows for rapid response to evolving mission requirements; we’re designed flat in organization and fast in performance with a firm understanding that agility isn’t an attribute but rather a capability.
