Happy 389th Birthday to our National Guard! 

Community leaders joined the AUSA Redstone-Huntsville Chapter and the Redstone Arsenal Sergeants Major Association on Dec. 12 for the annual National Guard Birthday breakfast and Sergeant John Ordway leadership awards ceremony at the Jackson Center. 

The 20th annual event honors the legacy of Sergeant John Ordway and his contributions to the Noncommissioned Officer Corps.

MG Terry Grisham, Assistant Deputy Commanding General for National Guard Affairs delivered a keynote address on leadership that offered insights into how valuable our citizen soldiers are to the overall mission and their lasting dedication to our country.
