2022 Veterans Week Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship opportunities help maximize your organization's visibility, and brand identity while providing a way to widely distribute information about your team's products, services, and capabilities. Sponsorship funds will be used to help defray costs for our honored Veterans allowing them to attend these events at no cost.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

Presenting Sponsors - $5,000  

-       Up to 2 reserved tables for up to 16 at the Veterans Dinner on Thursday, 10 Nov, 6 PM, VBC, South Hall Ballroom (social hour is 5-6 PM)
-       Up to 8 seats to the VIP Breakfast on Friday, 11 Nov, 9AM,  The Roundhouse (doors open at 8:15 AM)
-       Four reserved seats at Parade VIP Review area located on Monroe St. (across from Veterans Memorial)
-       Company Sponsorship and logo displayed in program at dinner and on banner carried in the Parade
-       Representative will be recognized and brought on stage at the Veterans Dinner
-       Company name and logo displayed in all Veterans Week publications          
-       Special recognition during Veterans Dinner and Veterans Breakfast  

Platinum Level  -  $3,500

-       Reserved table for 8 at the Veterans Dinner on Thursday, 10 Nov, 6 PM, VBC, South Hall Ballroom (social hour is 5-6 PM)
-       Four seats to the VIP Breakfast on Friday, 11 Nov, 9AM, The Roundhouse (doors open at 8:15 AM)

- Induction of Purple Heart recipients into the Purple Heart Honor Roll (T)

Friday, November 11        

9:00 a.m.    Sponsor/VIP Breakfast in honor of Gold Star Families: The Roundhouse (doors open at 8:15 a.m.)

- Honored Guests (invited)
- Senior Military Leadership and Elected Officials (invited)
- Recognition of local Gold Star families
- Open to the public (purchased tickets required)

11:00 a.m.     Veterans Parade:  Downtown Huntsville

- Honored Guests (invited)
- Senior Military Leadership and Elected Officials (invited)
- Free and open to the public (best viewing is Veterans Memorial Park on Monroe Street)
- Participation as a part of the Parade is free and open to the public; register at www.waff.com after Labor Day
