This years meeting will consist of an educational and fun filled agenda (subject to change).
Here's some highlights:
Visit, briefing, and discussion the US Army Garrison at Fort Buchanan
Briefing by the Veterans Administration
Visit, briefing, and tour at the Army Reserve Unit (1st Mission Support Command, US Army Reserve)
Briefing from the Army Recruiting Unit
Briefing by the Puerto Rico Veterans Advocate
Briefing by the Rodriguez Army Health Clinic (RAHC)
Visit, briefing and tour at the Puerto Rico Army National Guard
Visit to Camp Santiago (the primary training area for the Army, Guard, and Reserve)
Comprehensive AUSA National Briefing
Excellence in Leadership Presentation & Training
Dinner at the hotel with speaker, entertainment, and awards.
Several cultural events including a tour of the Bacardi Rum factory, visit to historical monuments, Old San Juan and El Morro, a possible visit to the Capitol plus a visit and dinner at the famous Phosphorescent Bay!
Plus, you will be on your own one night so you can have dinner at several local restaurants and explore Old San Juan at night.
Please bring your Military/DOD ID to enter Fort Buchanan.

(You will receive a full agenda of the meeting after you register.)
Registration this year will be by credit card only (no checks).
We must receive your registration and payment no later than February 21, 2023
The cost for this years meeting registration is $250 per person.
(Please Note: We have expanded the meeting to three days this year instead of just two!)
Registration covers transportation during the meeting, all event/venue entrance fees, drinks and food at the Region Presidents Reception, drinks & snacks at the hospitality room and all lunches and dinners except one "on your own" dinner. (Full "made to order" breakfasts are included in your room rate.)
There is a registration fee of $50 for spouses/guests to attend the awards dinner. Spouses/Guests that wish to attend any of the other events, including the awards dinner, must pay the full registration fee of $250.
Note: Those paying the full registration fee will receive a badge. This badge will be needed to board the busses, enter venues and events, and attend lunches and dinners. No one without a badge will be allowed to participate in these events.
Since we need a final count to confirm transportation, meals, admission numbers, and meeting room sizes, we cannot accept registrations after the deadline date of February 21, 2023.
