Program Manager, Family Readiness
Thea Green, serves as the program manager for AUSA's family readiness directorate and is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and updating the administrative and logistical support of the directorate activities. In addition, Mrs. Green coordinates AUSA’s Family Readiness Annual Meeting activities which includes, but are not exclusive to, serving as the main point of contact to the FR Pavilion Exhibitors, Family of the Year activities coordination, and providing logistical support to all Family Forum speakers and panelists. Mrs. Green supports the FR Director in various activities and projects as required.
Mrs. Green’s dedication to the U.S. Army stems from being a step daughter and niece of U.S. Army Veterans. Furthermore, as a deaconess and leader in her church, Mrs. Green provides support to members during different times of need to include the needs of military veterans and their families.
