Kirsten L. Taylor serves as the Chief Financial Officer for ASA(ALT), including Program Executive Offices and Direct Reporting Units. She serves as the co-chair representative for the Equipping and Sustainment Program Evaluation Groups which manages the resources that enable the development, procurement, and sustainment of weapons systems and equipment for Warfighters. She administers the programming, allocation, and execution of approximately $32 billion annually for more than 350 acquisition programs for approximately $152 billion across the Future Years Defense Plan. She oversees all reprogramming actions and all execution reviews associated with Research, Development and Acquisition funding. She is responsible for the collaboration with key stakeholders, developing solutions to unfinanced requirements and provides technical direction and guidance on policy concepts to ensure proper financial management, planning and execution of the Army-wide acquisition programs.
