Major Scott T. Nestler is a full-time PhD student in Management Science at the University of Maryland. At the time of this writing he was a Force Structure Analyst in Army G-1, Plans Division; previously he served as an Assistant Professor in the Mathematical Sciences Department of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
