Richard Bumgardner is a public affairs specialist with the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Previously, he was the public affairs officer for Special Operations Command Forward-North and West Africa and with the U.S. Army Europe Public Affairs Office. He has been an Army civilian for 16 years after retiring from U.S. Air Force Combat Camera.
