MG Ted Harrison, USA, Ret., is currently the Vice President and General Manager for Defense at Belcan Government Solutions. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Contract Management Association. He received his commission from Virginia Tech in 1981 as an Air Defense Officer and went on to serve in a variety of Air Defense and Aviation assignments before joining the Army Acquisition Corps in 1992. His final assignment in the Army (2015–2017) was as the Director of Operations, Deputy Chief of Staff, G9, Installations. Harrison’s military education includes the Air Defense Officer Basic and Aviation Officer Advanced Courses, Airborne and Ranger Schools, Command and General Staff College and U.S. Army War College Fellowship at the University of Texas, Austin.
