Marshall ‘Will’ Williams is the Founder and President of the leading executive coaching and consultancy firm West Point Resources specializing in change management. He is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with a multicultural perspective., as well as a recognized business leader, motivational speaker, and with over 42 years of experience in the Human Capital domain in Fortune 100 companies, small privately held companies, large corporate and government organizations, and the US military where he believes he learned how to help all people effectively. 

His focus is on helping members gain clarity and confidence in themselves. He believes that changing your outlook will change your behavior and changing your behavior will change your outcome. Before his current position, he served as the Acting Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs and as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs where he was responsible to the Secretary of the Army for the care, policies, and training of the Army’s 1.3 million soldiers, its' 300 thousand civilian employees with budgets of $74.3 billion and $21.9 billion. Marshall is also a member of the Senior Executive Service.

Marshall is a Service-Disabled Veteran that served as the only person in history selected by two former Secretaries of Defense to serve as their Senior Enlisted Advisor, the highest-ranking enlisted service member in the US Armed Forces. He is a graduate of the National-Louis University where he earned a B.S. in Management, an M.S. in Management, and an M.S. in Human Resources Management and Development. He received his executive leadership coaching training at Georgetown University.
