Maj. Stuart Gallagher is the senior psychological operations observer coach/trainer for the brigade observer coach/trainer team at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center, Hohenfels, Germany. He also serves as the mobile training team officer in charge for the Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine and as a special operations forces planner to the Rapid Trident exercise conducted annually at Yavoriv Training Center, Ukraine.
