Maj. Mark Fulmer is an OH-58D Kiowa pilot and operations officer for 2nd Squadron, 6th Cavalry Regiment, 25th CAB. Fulmer has worked with the 25th CAB for nearly a year; his planning was instrumental in the transition of the 25th CAB to maritime operations.
