Maj. Isaac Wisniewski is training program and evaluation group lead in the Program Analysis and Evaluation Directorate, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Programs, U.S. Army, the Pentagon. He has served in aviation assignments and as an assistant professor in the Department of Social Sciences at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School, Boston.
