Major Isaac Wisniewski is assigned to the Program Analysis and Evaluation Directorate, Headquarters, Department of the Army, G-8. He served in Aviation assignments and as Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Sciences at West Point. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School.
