Maj. Gen. Malcolm B. Frost is commanding general of the U.S. Army Center for Initial Military Training, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, Fort Eustis, Va. He received his commission in the infantry after graduating from the U.S. Military Academy and holds master’s degrees in human resources development from Webster University and in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, Pa.
