Maj. Gen. David Bassett is program executive officer for Command, Control, Communications-Tactical, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Previously, he served as PEO for Ground Combat Systems. Before that, he was deputy PEO for Combat Support and Combat Service Support.
