Major Andrew J. Rossow is currently a student at the Army’s Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. His previous assignments included troop commands and staff positions in the 4th Infantry Division, the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment and the Army Capabilities Integration Center.
