David D. Halverson, a retired Army Lieutenant General, is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cypress International. He has served as Commanding General Installation Management Command, Deputy Commanding General, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command and Commanding General, Fires Center of Excellence. He is also Chairman of the National United States Field Artillery Association.
