LTC Stephan Pikner

Lieutenant Colonel Stephan Pikner is an Army Strategist currently studying at Georgetown University as part of the Army’s Advanced Strategic Planning and Policy Program (ASP3).  As a strategist, he has served overseas in the Office of the United States Security Coordinator for Israel and the Palestinian Authority, as well as in the Pentagon as the Executive Officer for the HQDA G-35 and as a strategic planner on the Army Staff.  Before transitioning into the FA59 functional area, he served for ten years as an aviation officer, deploying to Afghanistan and Iraq.  Pikner holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University.
