LTC Jim Cahill, U.S. Army

Jim Cahill is an Army Lieutenant Colonel, commissioned through the University of Minnesota’s ROTC program in 1999. He served as an aviator with the Third Infantry and First Cavalry Divisions and as a strategist at Headquarters, Department of the Army, U.S. European Command, Department of State and U.S. Forces Korea. He is a PhD student at George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government and holds a Master of International Public Policy degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. Jim’s research interests include military innovation, strategic planning and organization theory.
