Lt. Col. William Hogan is the Headquarters, U.S. Army, liaison officer to the French Army Staff, Paris. A fourth-generation Army officer, he has a master’s degree in international relations from New York University. His book, to be published next fall, is titled Task Force Hogan: From Normandy to the Elbe.
