Lt. Col. Richard T. Brown, USA Ret., is a senior visualization engineer working for an innovative firm headquartered in Ashburn, Va. Before retiring from the Army after 21 years of service, he served as chief technology officer for a large acquisition program supporting the U.S. Army Cyber Command and the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command. He holds two bachelor’s degrees from Indiana University and master’s degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology and George Mason University, Va.
