Paul Yingling served 28 years in the Army, including five tours in combat and stability operations. He served as commander of the 1st Battalion, 21st Field Artillery Regiment, 41st Fires Brigade, Fort Hood, Texas, and deputy commander of the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, Fort Hood. He also served as a faculty member at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York, and the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies. He teaches leadership and management and lives in Green Mountain Falls, Colorado.
